At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be applied to the card on file.

We understand that things happen, and your appointment may need to change. In the event that an appointment needs to be cancelled, it is required to be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time for a penalty free cancellation. Appointments cancelled after the 24 hour time period will incur an additional $15.00 fee.

No call, no show appointments will be charged for the entire service at

the end of the appointment window.

After 3 consecutive untimely cancellations, payment must be made in full  in order to book the next service.
